Correction requests are read within one working day. Reader questions on topics we already cover are typically answered within two to three working days. Press enquiries are handled in the order received; time-sensitive queries are prioritised where the deadline is stated in the subject line.
What we do not do
We do not review individual operators, do not accept advertising, and do not enter partnership arrangements with gambling brands, affiliate networks, or software vendors. Approaches of this kind are politely declined so no response should be expected.
