The Introvert’s Guide to Success in Business and Leadership

Nov 28, 2011

I’ve long been a great admirer of Lisa Petrilli and the work she does in Leadership. (Full disclosure, we’re also friends, despite me standing her up for lunch one day for over 30 minutes. In my defense, two restaurants with the exact same name, directly across from each other on the same street in Chicago? Come on.)When Lisa told me over that same lunch that she was thinking of writing a book on how introverts can succeed in leadership, I knew she was on to a winner. I’m an introvert myself – albeit in a business that requires me to emulate being an extrovert very often – so I know how tough it can be sometimes to stay ‘on’ in the way extroverts find so easy.

The Introvert’s Guide to Success in Business and Leadership

Now, a year later, ‘The Introvert’s Guide to Success in Business and Leadership‘ is here (it’s available in both eBook and Kindle formats).

Lisa sent me a review copy, and I have to say it I truly enjoyed it – concise, focussed, actionable and an enjoyable read. If you have introvert tendencies, like me, I thoroughly recommend you snag a copy (That’s not an affiliate link – I just like Lisa and her work in general, and this great little book in particular.)
